Sublimation is a fabric printing process in which dyes are injected into the fabric. This is in contrast to traditional screen printing, where ink is laid on top of the fabric surface. Since the ink actually becomes part of the fibers within the fabric, designs don’t sit on top of the garment. The result is an extraordinary feel, as though there is no print at all. This means that the design stretches along with the garment, won’t crack or fade over time, and the garment is able to maintain its full moisture wicking properties. For this reason we recommend light colored shirts such as white and grey for best results.

Our full dye-sublimation process is the same as our spot sublimation technique, but Full Dye sublimation printing is a full color, full-coverage of the garment printing technique. These are complete custom apparel which require cut and sew on unassembled pieces of fabric.
